Student Collaborator: Lindsey Webb, PhD student in Creative Writing in the English Department in the College of Humanities.
Email: lindsey.webb@utah.edu
Lindsey Webb is a creative writer whose work crosses traditional genre distinctions of fiction, poetry, and nonfiction. Her dissertation will be a set of linked personal essays on the legacy of extraction in the western US. Engaging interdisciplinary research across the sciences, history, and literary and visual arts, Webb’s writing investigates public understanding (and misunderstanding) of the landscapes we call home in the midst of ongoing environmental crises.
